Executive Letter on Safety

To my esteemed colleagues,

Safety is a fundamental part of our commitment as a company to each of our associates. This commitment begins with involvement at every level of management and requires the involvement of every member of our team. It is through the focus and commitment of each of us that we maintain a safe workplace.

Maintaining a safe workplace is a responsibility we share. It is something we owe to one another as responsible members of a working community and it is part of our service commitment to our clients. By carefully observing our work surroundings and effectively reporting safety concerns to our managers and to our clients, we can make a positive difference in the safety at the facilities where we work.

It is our fervent desire that each of you is as strong in body and mind at the end of your work day as when you arrived. We have developed the following guide for safety in the workplace to support you in our shared responsibility for your personal well being.
